Homemade Bread, fresh out of the oven...is becoming a regular at our house, since recent arrival of my KitchenAid Ultra Power Plus from AMAZON. My husband is thrilled. And, I was not a bread maker, before. My brother and I cherish memories of Mother baking bread. At a family reunion, Mother's bread was a popular memory among the extended family.
Along with baking, am also interested in making all kinds of other recipes, Hope other Kitchen Aid users will share ideas.
Would also like to use my Kitchen Aid, instead of my food processor, as much as possible My old Cuisinart processes well,and has lasted well, but, it has always had a lid that is tough to remove. Makes it hard to use, so I don't. If anyone has tips, hope you will share,these as well.
